Need help with Bean? Email support@ourbean.app. Include what you were trying to do, your phone model, and the Bean app version. Do not email sensitive medical details.

Connection or sign-in trouble

  • Confirm the phone has a working internet connection.
  • Use the sign-in method you used to create your account (Apple, Google, or email).
  • Install the newest version available to you, then reopen Bean.
  • If a verification code expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

Joining your partner

Ask your partner to share their private invitation link directly if the email is missing or in junk. Sign in to your own account with Apple, Google, or email; never share your partner’s sign-in. Shared invitation links also work with Apple’s Hide My Email. After installing Bean, return to the original text or email and reopen the invitation link to continue. Opening a link does not join the household until you confirm in the app.

Have a six-digit invitation code instead? Choose “Have a partner invitation code?” in Bean. Your partner must approve your request before you join. Older email invitations may require the exact address that was invited. If an older invitation does not match your account, ask your partner for a new shared invitation link. Only one partner or caregiver can join a household.

Delete your account

Open Bean, choose Settings, select “Delete my account…”, type DELETE, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email the address above from the email associated with your account.

Medical emergencies

Bean support cannot provide medical advice. Contact your clinician or local emergency services for urgent medical concerns.
